Petroleum Machinery, Inc. is a family of people working together for our partners in the oil patch. We strive to better the lives and families of our company as well as for our clients and vendors. Our people make the difference with half our staff proudly working more than 10 years continuous with Petroleum Machinery.
Our History
Petroleum Machinery was founded in 1996 and has been under the same management team for over 20+ years. From the early days doing components for BOP’s to present day having all the in-house capabilities to inspect, machine, weld, test, and perform full rebuilds for oil and gas equipment. We are confident we can benefit your organization and assist with your needs.
Plans for the Future
In 2018, Petroleum Machinery, Inc. acquired Capitol Valve in a private transaction which included almost 5 acres and two new shops to provide us the foundation and property for future expansion plans.
We are excited to announce we are in the latter planning stages to build an additional 20,000 Sq./ft of roofline on the property to enhance our capacity as we continue to grow.
